The desire to create EccoTechnologies sprang from over 10 years of experience in the world of IT consulting.
Since the beginning of my career first as a consultant, then as an account manager, I’ve found myself thinking about one question:
“Why is it that some consultants stay loyal to their consulting company while others leave the first chance they get?”
Over the years, the answer to this question has become more and more clear, what makes a difference isn’t the company itself, but rather the consultant experience.
So, what makes a consultant experience?
A fulfilling experience is of course made up of many components, but active listening, commitment and positive interactions are extremely important aspects which can and do impact the success of an experience.
