L. is for Learn, or access to training. Training at EccoTechnologies is tailored to our partners and employees’ needs. Training at EccoTechnologies is tailored to our partners and employees’ needs. Training, for us, means putting learning at the heart of our development strategy(anticipating trends, reinforcement learning and upskilling).

S. is for Speak. The idea is to meet up and shareknowledge on different technical subjects. We can think of nothing better than sharing your experiences with your peers!

Our Happy Hour consultants have a monthly budget they can use to organise team-building activities once a month.

Double follow-up
At EccoTechnologies, we care about follow-ups and organise them whenever necessary. Our employees can have up to 16 follow-up meetings a year, so that they may feel guided and supported.
4 mission follow-ups (1 every trimeter) between the consultant, the client and Ecco account managers.
12 HR follow-ups(1 per month) between the consultant and their Talent Manager.
These follow-ups allow us to constantly discuss and evaluate the level of satisfaction of our clients and employees and their impact on our projects and company life.
This information is extremely important to prepare and conduct yearly evaluations to the best possible standard, allowing for transparent processes, promotions and access to premium training.
